Peak Design’s ode to the timeless and utilitarian duffel bag, the Travel Duffel (now in 4 sizes) is as beautiful as it is rugged. The carry-on-sized 35L & 50L Duffels are perfect weekenders, over-nighters, gym bags, or sidekicks to one of our larger travel bags. The 65L & 80L Duffels are monster gear-haulers, ruggedly dependable for airline check-in and road trips. All Duffels feature removable padded top handles, a removable padded shoulder strap, 2 internal mesh pockets, and 4 external side pockets for added organization. A burly #10 weatherproof UltraZip can withstand decades of use thanks to its proprietary abrasion-resistant thread. The single zip gives high-visibility internal access. Proprietary Versa Shell 600D external fabric is weatherproof, 100% recycled, and has an ultra-durable waterproof bottom liner.

All sizes work seamlessly with Peak Design Packing Cubes, Camera Cubes, and Pouches, sold separately. Organize clothes, shoes, toiletries, cords, adapters, and photo/video gear—from a single camera/drone to a full professional kit. The 35L holds 3 units of Packing/Camera Cubes, the 50L holds 4 units + bonus space, the 65L holds 4 units + additional bonus space, and the 80L holds 8 units.

Lug Pro Camera Gear

Throw a Peak Design Camera Cube (or multiple) into your Travel Duffel and instantly turn it into a purpose-built creative gear hauler. Mounting loops inside the bag let you anchor Camera Cubes in place, and the extra-long zip path gives you total visibility and access to your kit when the bag is open. 65/80L sizes not intended to be totally packed out with camera gear.

Carrying comfort.

Versatile carry options include padded hand-carry straps with a magnetic clasp, a padded shoulder strap for shoulder or sling-style carry, and a Cord Hook strap quick-connection system for instant strap removal and reconfiguration. Hand straps can be reconfigured for backpack-style carry and also double as a luggage pass-through for roller bag carry.

Security & protection.

Built-in theft-deterrent zipper pulls and a protected luggage tag holder provide added security. The high-visibility grey interior makes it easy to find items inside the bag.

Access & visibility.

The bag features an extra long zip path that provides significantly wider access than traditional duffels, ensuring easy packing and total visibility. It is equipped with a burly #10 weatherproof UltraZip for durable and secure closure.

Storage & organization.

The bag includes two internal mesh pockets and four external zip pockets for organized storage. It is designed to fit Peak Design Packing and Camera Cubes (35L fits 3 units, 65L fits 4 units) and features clip-in points for Peak Design Camera Cubes.

Materials & durability.

Constructed from Versa Shell 600D 100% recycled weatherproof exterior with a waterproof 900D bottom liner, the bag is built to withstand harsh conditions. The materials used are Bluesign approved, PFAS free for all 50L/80L, 35L/65L manufactured in 2024 and later, and the bag is Fair Trade Certified and 100% carbon neutral.
